Every wallcovering has its own character.
Pre-pasted, paste-the-wall, unpasted, peel-and-stick, natural-fiber, and specialty coverings are not interchangeable. Product instructions and wall conditions help determine how a material should be prepared and applied.
Wallpaper removal
Removing older wallpaper can expose different layers, adhesive residue, or areas that need repair. The method depends on the wallcovering and the substrate beneath it, so the condition of the wall is worth assessing before deciding what comes next.

Wall preparation & repair
Wallpaper needs a suitable surface. Nail holes, loose paint, uneven patches, texture, and previous adhesive may affect adhesion and the finished appearance. Preparation can include addressing surface imperfections and considering the primer or sizing recommended for the chosen wallcovering.

Accent walls & murals
A single wall can hold a large-scale mural or a strong repeating print without asking the whole room to compete for attention. Placement matters: doors, windows, focal points, and the mural’s panel sequence all affect the final composition.
